What we collect
When you book a tour or create an account, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone, and anything you write in a booking note or chat message. If you enroll, Colorado licensing requires fuller records — emergency contacts, health forms, and authorized pickups — which live in our enrollment system, not on this website.
How we use it
- To hold and confirm your tour, and to reach you if we need to reschedule
- To run your family account and show you your own bookings
- To answer questions you send through the chat or contact form
- Anonymous page-view counts to see which pages help families (first-party only — no ad trackers, no third-party analytics, no pixels)
AI features
Text you type into the Program Finder or chat is sent to an AI service to generate a reply, then used for nothing else. Don't include information you'd rather keep private — a first name and an age is all the Finder needs. Never include health or diagnostic details in chat; share those with our directors directly.
What we never do
We never sell your data, never share children's information with anyone but you and licensing authorities as required by law, and never photograph your child for marketing without your separate written consent. Data is encrypted in transit; passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes.
Your choices
Email us at hello@meadowlark.example to see, correct, or delete the data tied to your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your login and personal details; anonymized booking statistics may remain.
